HOW RECRUITMENT IS DONE AT AIMS?

Below we explain the procedure followed by AIMS in order to meet the recruitment specifications of the customer and the steps implemented in the hiring process of the candidates:

  1. Customer presents AIMS with a job specification
  2. Talent Resourcing Process (Internal database search; posting on: AIMS websites, job portal, social media; Newspaper advertising; Executive search)
  3. Candidate Response Management (Initial screening of CV's received; Face-to-face interviewing; Various background checks: residence, qualifications, two references)
  4. Candidate Presentation (AIMS presents CVs of the shortlisted candidates in standard AIMS format)
  5. Interview Process Management (AIMS manages interview process between customer and candidate)
  6. Customer Consultation (AIMS consults with the customer on the suitability of candidates, strengths and weaknesses, personality etc.)
  7. Closing Process Management (Negotiate offer with candidates; Manage counter-offers and objections; Co-ordinate signature of contract and Negotiate start dates)
  8. Pre- and Post-Placement Service (Regular follow-ups, Resolutions of any issues that might arise; Residence stamping, Insurance and issuing Civil IDs; Regular consultation on market trends and salary expectations)
